Welcome to Wenlock CE Academy 

I warmly welcome you to Wenlock CE Academy. As Headteacher, I am extremely proud to serve our pupils, families, staff, and community. Wenlock CE Academy is a warm, friendly, and vibrant school founded on high expectations for all and a strong belief that every child can succeed – academically, personally, and as a valuable member of the community. Wenlock is a school where families of all faiths and none and all backgrounds and cultures come together to learn and grow within the love of God.

As the only Church of England school in Luton, we aim for the highest standards of academic achievement, care, support, and behavioural expectations securely based on our Christian vision and values, where every child is seen as a unique child of God.

Children at Wenlock will enable them to become spiritually, socially, and morally confident young people who can be enabled to achieve their full academic potential. As a school community, we embrace Matthew 5:14-16 'You are the light of the world' to encourage our pupils to think big, to be ambitious for themselves and others and to serve our local and global community whilst striving to be the best citizens they can be by promoting courageous advocacy. Together, we make a positive difference in the lives of every child we are privileged and blessed to teach and care for.

We strongly believe in positive relationships as a foundation for successful learning. As a school, we look forward to working with families to provide the best opportunities for our children.
